GRADING

The  grading of the property should be in a way where water run-off is always directed away from the home.

DOWNSPOUT & GUTTERS

A properly installed  gutter and downspout system should direct excess rainwater away from your home in a controlled manner.

BASEMENT AND CRAWLSPACE

A proper venting so that air movement can prevent mold growth.

ELECTRICAL

Proper wiring/breakers are checked for Electric service, Panels, GFCI & AFCI outlets. 

 

 

 

UTILITY POWER LINES

A proper installation/ maintenance of power lines is checked to make sure there aren’t any interference with the power supply.

A detection of properly abandoned oil tanks  and proper installation of new tanks.

A proper installation of windows should be water tight and prevent air leaks.

CARBON MONOXIDE LEVELS

Carbon monoxide levels are checked  by our state of the art meter.

Driveway grading is checked for proper  water run-off.

A proper functioning/ installation of hot water heater is checked for any water leaks.

Asphalt, wood, slate, clay, metal or composites roofing material is checked for water tightness.
